Job Summary
Growing senior living organization, seeking an Instructional Designer to head up our cross-training "University" program that will allow our employees to diversify their knowledge of senior living and grow their careers by moving laterally and diagonally within the organization.
Our Instructional Designer will collaborate with leadership to conceptualize, curate and implement our educational program.

Instructional Designer Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement lattice pathway program for associate career progression
- Select appropriate training methodology; Complete program review, approval & implementation process
- Manage instructional projects recommend enhancements and improvements of department processes
- Travel to communities to provide guidance and professional development in trainings across the organization
Instructional Designer Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in development / delivery of adult training required
- 10+ years of experience in training development and implementation in a corporate setting
- Group presentation / facilitation skills e-learning software knowledge a must
- Knowledge of senior living industry and understanding of federal, state and local regulations
