Responsibilities

  • Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance client offerings and strategic direction.
  • Develop and present new business proposals that align with growth goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring market differentiation and consistency across communication channels.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic communication programs.

Skills

  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in brand planning within a pharma agency setting
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and pitch experience.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that exceed client expectations.
  • Client-facing experience with C-Suite level interactions.

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
