Responsibilities
- Manage CCU & education assuring competency and skill sets of staff is appropriate in delivering care to our patients.
- Establish and implement standards of practice that comply with regulatory agencies.
- Assure responsibility of overall productivity and successful budgeting for both units.
- Assess the DON in meeting the departmental goals of the hospital.
- Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient / guest experiences.
- Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
