We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing expenses, and leading a team to exceed performance goals. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, staffing, and inventory
• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals and year-over-year performance
• Monitor and control expenses to maintain targeted expense-to-revenue ratios
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to staff
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and problem resolution
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and operational compliance
