American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of outpatient experience for a day shift contract in a critical access setting; Epic charting and OP experience required.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
Outpatient physical therapy position in a critical access facilityDay shift schedule with 4x10 hour shifts, 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PMNo weekends, on-call, or block scheduling requiredExpected patient ratio is 1 therapist to 11 patientsNo hospital unit floating, but may float between affiliate or sister facilities if neededEpic electronic medical record system is used and prior Epic experience is requiredAny color scrubs are acceptableDuties include evaluation and treatment of outpatient caseload and patient documentation in EpicFirst-time travelers are accepted for this positionReturn staff must have a 3-month gap between permanent and travel assignments and cannot live within 50 miles of the facilityCandidates may be expected to float between sister facilities as requiredMust commit to working at least 3 out of the following 5 holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s DayRequested time off must be submitted up front; post-offer time off requests may not be consideredPre-start and annual online modules required, averaging 16 hours to completeParking is free at facility location\n \n Requirements\n
