Warehouse Order Picker

Position Summary
The Warehouse Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring on-time delivery in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice systems

• Accurately select products and quantities according to order specifications

• Package, label, and stage completed orders for shipping

• Verify items, quantities, and condition before shipment

• Perform basic inventory checks and report discrepancies

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies

• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed (receiving, stocking, loading)

Schedule

• Monday Friday (schedule may vary based on operation)

• Overtime may be required during peak periods

Pay

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Basic math and reading skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
