Wellness Associate II

A company is looking for a Wellness Associate II to support community health and wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement health and wellness programs in collaboration with assigned facilities

Evaluate program effectiveness and report outcomes to stakeholders

Coordinate community events and represent the facility at various functions

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required

Experience in program development and implementation

Ability to manage data and reporting needs

Familiarity with health coaching and wellness initiatives
