Customer Service Representative

Promote and sell internet and wireless services through customer engagement in-person.

Develop customized sales strategies to meet individual customer needs and improve product understanding

Utilize effective sales methods to build rapport with customers and encourage referrals

Directly assist customers by addressing their product inquiries and concerns

Support members with enrollment procedures and resolve provider service-related issues

Ensure prompt follow-up on outstanding customer inquiries and complaints
