3RD SHIFT SANITATION SUPERVISOR

Sanitation Supervisor

This position will be responsible for overseeing the Sanitation Department. Which consists of cleaning and sanitizing the plant to maintain conformance to USDA standards within a schedule to ensure maximum operating time.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

• Oversees daily operations of the sanitation department.
• Monitor and confirm that machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized for efficient production.
• Arrange to have appropriate records prepared and maintained.
• Work closely with production supervisors and management.
• Supervise, train and develop sanitation team members.
• Develop and follow sanitation procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), USDA and FDA regulations for all sanitation tasks.
• Set up, stock and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Comply with, understand and enforces all company policies and standards.
• Enforce and follow all Food Safety and Plant Safety policies, practices and protocols.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits :

Benefits : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment; Paid Time Off : sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays; 401(k) : company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company-vesting schedule; Base annual salary range : $63,000 - $68,000
