Reports To : Director of Wellness Operations / Director of Racquets

Compensation : $16–$19 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Full-Time – 6 : 00 am – 2 : 00 pm

Position Overview

Governors Club is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented professional to join our elite service team as a Wellness & Racquets Operations Coordinator . This role combines facility maintenance, member service, and operational support across our Wellness Center, Tennis, and Pickleball facilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of maintaining high presentation standards while providing exceptional hospitality to members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Member Experience & Front Desk

• Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests at the Wellness Center.
• Provide outstanding customer service, anticipating and responding to member needs.
• Manage class and pool reservations through ForeTees; assist with rosters and billing.
• Support towel service, coffee and water station upkeep, and general hospitality tasks.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized environment across all member areas.
