Production Coordinator

Coordinate and support manufacturing and assembly activities to ensure on-time, quality production of rockets and space hardware. Act as the primary point of contact between production planners, shop floor teams, suppliers, and inventory to expedite work orders, resolve material issues, and maintain accurate production records.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily execution of work orders and production schedules; update MRP / ERP systems and communicate changes to teams.
• Expedite material and part deliveries; troubleshoot supply issues with purchasing and suppliers to prevent production delays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy (cycle counts, stock adjustments, kitting) and support receiving / inspection workflows.
• Coordinate with quality, engineering, and manufacturing to resolve nonconformances and support first-article / FAI activities.
• Prepare production documentation, build tickets, and shift handoffs; generate status reports and metrics for leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, suggesting process changes, and tracking corrective actions.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
