Job descriptionProfessional scorecards to evaluate your success and career path Competitive pay (hourly + opportunity for incentives and bonuses) Year-round, steady plumbing and drain service work – no slow seasons Health, dental, and vision benefits Retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle, tools, and technology provided Ongoing training and career growth opportunities Perform residential plumbing, drain, and sewer service calls including diagnostics, repairs, and installs Diagnose and clear clogged drains, main line stoppages, and sewer blockages using proper tools and equipment (cable machines, hydro-jets, cameras, etc.) Perform drain cleaning, sewer line repairs, and maintenance services Communicate with customers to explain issues, solutions, and options clearly and professionally Provide top-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction and performance Accurately complete work orders using ServiceTitan (training provided if needed) Maintain company vehicle, tools, and a professional appearance Valid Texas Journeyman, Tradesman, or Drain Cleaner (Restricted or Unrestricted) License required 2+ years of residential plumbing, drain cleaning, or sewer service experience preferred Strong knowledge of drain line clearing, hydro-jetting, camera inspections, and sewer line replacement Experience selling or upselling drain cleaning, sewer repair, or plumbing maintenance services is a plus Familiar with plumbing systems including water heaters, tankless systems, faucets, toilets, and water lines Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude

Pay Range
$26 – $35 per hour, depending on experience + potential incentives
Schedule
