Ideal for a 3–5 year real estate agent who loves prospecting, events, and follow-through and wants to grow into proposal development, cost analysis, and contract management.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Business Development Specialist to drive the growth of PROVEN’s expanding services in interior design and moving solutions. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales for both our B2G and B2B interior design projects and moving services. The ideal candidate is personable, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Client Engagement :

  • Actively prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Engage with clients to understand their specific needs, budgets, and preferences.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of PROVEN’s services.

Business Development :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with real estate agents, developers, and relocation service providers.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Collaboration and Coordination :

  • Work closely with the interior design team to ensure smooth client onboarding and project kickoffs.
  • Partner with PROVEN Moving Solutions team to coordinate timelines and tailor moving packages based on client needs.
  • Communicate client expectations and requirements internally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative and Reporting :

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deal progress in the CRM.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics.
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (experience in interior design, real estate, moving services, or luxury products is highly desirable).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of interior design principles or moving logistics is a plus but not required.
