Job Description & Requirements Specialty : CVOR Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel TRAVEL CVOR TECH - 6 : 00 AM-3 : 00PM CALL 13 WEEKS 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A HOPSITAL SETTING REQUIRED BLS / ACLS REQUIRED Must have : Cardiac, Vascular and Thoracic Experience Punctuality, 30 min call back time, flexible schedule Preferred or nice to have : Scrub Cardiac and Vascular cases Experience with Meditech About the unit(s) : Number of Beds- 3 Number of Staff- 9 Type of staff : Day Shift- 1 charge nurse, 3 or 4 RN s, 2 Scrub Techs, 1 Aide. Night Shift- 3 member call team Patient Ratios : 3 staff members per OR Type of equipment : Open Heart EMR- Meditech List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : CABG, Valves, TAVR, EVAR, TEVAR, Carotid endarterectomy, fistula creation / interventions, VATS, thoracomy, fem-pop bypass, angiograms with interventions, LVAD, RVAD, ECMO Level 2 trauma coverage for all vascular and thoracic procedures Best personality Fit : Self-motivated Team oriented Flexible Dress Code : Scrubs provided.
