A company is looking for a Recruiter to serve as a strategic talent advisor and manage the Sales hiring funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a consultative partner to Sales Leadership, providing market intelligence and influencing hiring decisions
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-impact Sales roles, from discovery sessions to offer negotiations
Identify hiring funnel bottlenecks and leverage metrics to improve Time-to-Hire, Quality-of-Hire, and Diversity Slate health
Required Qualifications
BA / BS degree or equivalent practical work experience
5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech
Proven track record of hiring quota-carrying sales professionals
Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and a proactive approach to talent acquisition
High proficiency with modern recruiting tools such as CRM and ATS
