CDL A Driver Trainee and Recent Grad

Dry Van, Drop and hook, live load / unload, weekends home, 34 restart, close to home

Hiring cities : New Boston, Brownstown, Marysville, Toledo, Flint, Battle Creek

Lane Information :

Structure : Runs outbound from MI on first load, then works back from delivery location to MI. Not always direct.

Requirements :

Experience : Must have a valid CDL A license but no previous CDL A driving experience required, we will train you!

What does training consist of :

If you are approved to hire and complete onsite orientation, you will then be assigned a trainer and you can expect to be on the road for 5-6 weeks before coming home.

Once your training is completed, you would then be assigned to the lane that you were hired for.

Work Conditions :

Home Time : Every Two Weeks

Shift : Both Day / Night

Weekend Work : YES

Holiday Work : As customer needs

Unfavorable Lane Info : Cold weather, variable routes

Average Weekly Earnings : $1,200 - $1,500

Bonus Offer : Swift Driver Performance Bonus

Weekly Mileage : 1,500 – 2,100

Short Haul Pay : Same as OTR

Stop Pay : $15.00
