Overview

This role oversees field operations for commercial and industrial projects in Delray Beach and surrounding areas. You will help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality and safety standards. Proficiency in Procore is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site construction activities from mobilization to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
• Enforce safety standards (OSHA compliance) and conduct safety meetings
• Maintain organized, secure, and clean jobsites
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Ensure quality workmanship per plans and specifications
• Manage field documentation and T&M tickets through Procore
• Submit daily reports and weekly project photos
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and material deliveries
