The purpose of the RBT at Care Options for Kids is to assist in delivering behavior-analytic services while practicing under the direction and close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement Behavior Support Plans.

Working Conditions :

RBTs are required to be available to work any schedule within COFK’s core business hours of 8 : 15 am-5 : 00 pm Monday-Friday. COFK Employees' first 90 days of employment are considered an introductory period. Employees must successfully complete the introductory period, which is also considered a new hire training period. All COFK employees will be considered full time if scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more and are eligible to earn paid time off (PTO) upon successful completion of the 90 day introductory period. COFK employees who work 6 hours or more per day will be given a 30-minute lunch break.

Physical Requirements :

RBTs must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and reach, as well as be able to effectively handle client physical behaviors to ensure overall safety of client and self.
