California Licensed Commercial Attorney

A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney with privacy and e-commerce experience.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate customer and vendor agreements while ensuring contractual consistency

Consolidate contract templates and standardize terms of service

Refresh public-facing data privacy and compliance materials, including CCPA and GDPR

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Prior in-house experience in an e-commerce and data / privacy environment

Experience with contract negotiation and compliance frameworks

Ability to develop scalable tools and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Willingness to work 15-20 hours per week, with potential for extension
