Will emergency credential. 14k annual volume, Meditech. 24 MD / 8 NPPA coverage per day.Active State Medical License, VA DEA, Board Certified, ACLS required, CME and Case Logs past 2 years, COI, copies of all education & training diplomas, Driver's license, color photo and any malpractice documentation.NP shift time - 1p-9p
