Job description5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including hands-on development and architecture.At least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role, managing teams and projects.Proven experience in leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.Proficiency in ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD,CMDB.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.Familiarity with IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other ServiceNow modules.Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including scripting, workflows, and customizations.Experience in Collaboration Support processes / SNOW IntegrationsServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are highly desirableExcellent communication and collaboration skills.Comfortable working with cross-functional and global teams.
