Imagine starting your shift by opening the CMMS, lining up preventive work orders, and then jumping into a fast-moving troubleshoot that brings a production cell back online. As a Plant Equipment Reliability Technician, you’ll be the go-to pro ensuring our manufacturing equipment and facility systems perform safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing output.

What you’ll do

• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues quickly and safely.
• Read and apply blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals to identify faults and solutions.
• Install, set up, and modify equipment for new and existing machinery.
• Log work, parts, and findings in the CMMS to maintain accurate maintenance history and parts usage.
• Partner with production and engineering to keep manufacturing lines running smoothly.
• Follow safety protocols, including lockout / tagout, every time.
• Participate in continuous improvement and conduct root cause analysis to eliminate repeat failures.
• Help manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors when needed.
