Licensed Junior Legal Counsel

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Support a broad range of legal matters including contract review, financings, and regulatory research

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and assist in corporate transactions

Conduct legal research on emerging laws and collaborate with business leaders to provide legal advice

Required Qualifications

J.D. and currently licensed to practice in good standing in the U.S

2+ years of in-house or corporate law firm experience

Team-oriented, high-energy, and proactive

Genuine curiosity about core industries such as venture, national security, cyber, and healthcare
