As a Sales Representative, youll speak directly with opt-in leadspeople who have already expressed interest in canceling their timeshareand qualify them for our attorney-supported exit services.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Speak with leads who have requested information about our services
• Ask targeted questions to determine if they are a fit for our timeshare cancellation process
• Schedule consultations with our Senior Advisors based on availability
• Follow up via phone, text, and email to ensure leads stay engaged and make their appointments
• Maintain accurate records and notes using our internal CRM
• Collaborate with the team to improve appointment show rates and conversions
• Support clients by providing clear expectations, answering common questions, and keeping them informed throughout their pre-consultation phase

What You Need:

• Phone-based sales or high-volume customer-facing sales experience is strongly preferred
• Confidence and professionalism in handling outbound and inbound communication
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Strong organization and follow-up habits
• A self-starter mindset with the drive to exceed goals and earn top-tier commissions
• Comfort using CRM systems and modern communication tools
