Banquet Server - Banquets - On-Call

About the Role

The Banquet Server is responsible for providing prompt, friendly and efficient service to our guests while delivering food & beverage in support of banquet operations.

Role Responsibilities

• Accommodates all guests and is responsible for replenishing buffet food, refilling beverages, removing dirty dishes from tables and assist in additional tasks to help facilitate a smooth and efficient service.
• Set up buffets with food presentation standards and practices in mind, ensuring safe food handling performance.
• Completes all setup and closing duties in a timely fashion
• Adheres to food and beverage policies and procedures and state liquor laws
• Relays all guest compliment / complaints to appropriate supervisor
• Observes diners to respond to additional requests and to determine when meal is completed
• Set up and break down of scheduled events with proper handling and storage of china, glass, flatware, linen and any other related product and / or equipment
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
