Job description

Travel : Negligible

Clearance :

An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is mandatory for clearance.

Requirements :

  • Must be a United States citizen
  • Hands-on experience in leveraging AI for test planning, requirement analysis, risk identification, and requirements creation
  • Proficient in AI development frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras
  • Solid understanding of machine learning and experience in AI testing
  • Experienced in interfacing with range sensors for data collection during testing
  • Knowledgeable in applying tests specific to various types of autonomy testing on the range
  • Effective communicator with the ability to convey design ideas to stakeholders and collaborate with development teams
  • Adept at identifying user needs and designing solutions for complex challenges

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct tests and utilize the test harness developed by our team during actual AI test events
  • Provide valuable recommendations to AI and test harness developers based on test results
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, prioritize workflow elements for different scenarios, suggest feature enhancements, and report discrepancies between expected and actual operations

    • Preferred Skills and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline
  • International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) - AI Testing certification or equivalent is preferred

    • Education : A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline is desired.

    Compensation :

    Compensation at SimVentions is based on various factors including experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, in alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract-specific requirements. The projected annual compensation range for this position is $84,000 - $119,000 (USD).
