Gateways to Change is a non-profit agency providing services to adults with developmental and physical disabilities in residential and community settings.

We are looking for a dedicated and committed Direct Support Workers who are striving to make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve. Help individuals acquire and maintain skills to improve their daily-living and socialization skills.

• Provide In-Home and Community Based support to individuals
• Assist individuals with achieving a variety of goals in the home and local community
• Transport individuals to medical appointments personal shopping and recreation activities
• Assist in toileting dressing and hygiene
• Administration of medication
• Cultivate safe and supportive relationships
• Be creative organized and efficient
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and bring fun to the job
• Working independently and with staff
