What Youll Be Doing :

Helping patients make real progress with communication, cognition, and confidence all under the supervision of an SLP.

Delivering in-home care thats tailored, not templated.

Updating documentation without the soul-crushing system delays.

Keeping patients, families, and your team in the loop and on the same page.

Problem-solving on the go (possibly while dodging small dogs and chatty neighbors).

Active SLPA (Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant) license in Massachusetts

At least 1 year of experience as a SLPA (Speech Language Pathology Assistant)

Strong communication & interpersonal skills build meaningful connections with patients and families

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Tech-savvy comfortable using digital tools and electronic health records

Valid drivers license & reliable transportation for home visits

CPR certification & first aid knowledge for patient safety

Flexibility to adapt to varying patient needs and schedules

Attention to detail & problem-solving skills for quality care

Commitment to patient confidentiality & professional ethics
