Schedule : Monday - Thursday, with overtime as necessary.

Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our food production team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our industrial food manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and experienced in troubleshooting and maintaining high-speed production equipment in a food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on production equipment including conveyors, cartoners, vision systems, labeling equipment, and packaging machines.
• Conduct product changeovers and equipment setups as needed.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OSHA regulations, and HACCP standards.
• Maintain facility upkeep and enforce proper guarding and safety procedures.
• Use a variety of powered and non-powered hand tools, including forklifts and scissor lifts.
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules and maintain accurate records.
• Fabricate and install machine parts as needed.
• Communicate clearly with team members and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Assist with quality control measures and ensure consistent product output.
• Lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
