As a Chevrolet Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for one of the most iconic American automotive brands. This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and commission structure in the dynamic and fast-paced auto industry. The role is located at our dealership in Bel Air, Maryland and reports to the Sales Manager.

Automotive Sales Associate Responsibilities
Engage with customers in a professional and approachable manner to understand their needs and preferencesMaintain customer relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase features and benefits of Chevrolet vehiclesBe the vehicle expert. Know the in's & the out's of product offerings, optional packages & latest technologyPerform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new / used vehicles.Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and in-person to convert leads into salesProvide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-upLearn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situationsMeet and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques and strategiesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles, pricing, and promotionsCollaborate with other dealership departments, including finance and service, to ensure seamless customer experienceComplete sales documentation accurately and in a timely mannerDirect report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every dayAutomotive Sales Associate Qualifications
