Audio Visual Technician Job at Runsol in Hanover

Running Solutions, LLC is looking for audio video field technicians to join our growing team.

Responsibilities :

• Perform installations and service / repair support to customers.
• Work with audio and video systems, automation systems, wired and wireless networking equipment, and more.

Qualifications :

1 year or more of previous employment in a technical position with an AV integration firm.

Working knowledge of Home Theater, Home Automation, Distributed Audio, and System Integration Techniques.

Strong computer and networking knowledge.

Excellent troubleshooting skills to the component level.

Proven track record in providing superior customer service.

A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Able to install basic AV and IT related infrastructure (cabling, connectors).

Able to install, operate and service most AV equipment and systems.

Ability to operate power tools (hammer drills, hammer, etc.).

Interact with clients in a professional, customer service oriented manner.

Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized.

Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups.

Proficiency in the use of personal computers including such programs as MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations.
