- Own the North American market —be the go-to partner for channel partners, end users, and industry peers.
- Build and grow relationships that turn customer needs into opportunities for Algas-SDI products and services.
- Drive sales from start to finish —generate leads, negotiate, and close with confidence.
- Become the expert on Algas-SDI’s products, benefits, and regulatory landscape—earning trust through knowledge.
- Show up on the big stage at trade shows and industry events, representing Algas-SDI’s leadership.
- Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends and anticipating what’s next.
- Collaborate across teams —partnering with marketing and operations to align strategies and hit targets.
- Set the standard with accurate reporting, disciplined follow-through, and effortless customer experiences.

- A proven record of results in sales (3+ years of hitting or exceeding goals).
- Experience in Propane Gas, Natural Gas, Industrial Gas, Petroleum, Energy, Utilities, Electric, or HVAC industries.
- Sharp communication skills —clear, confident, and persuasive in every interaction.
- Ownership mindset —disciplined follow-up and relentless customer engagement.
- Strong presence and presentation skills —able to command a room and build trust fast.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales or a relevant engineering discipline preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and solid computer skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America to drive results.
