Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience :

Client is seeking to hire a Senior Interface Analyst to join our collaborative Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) team. The Senior Interface Analyst should possess experience working on large-scale integration projects and a strong understanding of Medicaid and / or health insurance business processes. This role manages the day-to-day interface operations and technical requirements of the MMIS system, supporting ongoing data research and analysis efforts. The key responsibilities include planning, developing, and executing interface implementation and data migration activities.

The Senior Interface Analyst will actively participate in MMIS internal projects, contribute to security and privacy standards, and support improvements to the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Candidates with prior experience in Medicaid systems will be given preference. The Senior Interface Analyst will be called upon to act as an active member in all phases of the project including gap analysis, requirements gathering, design and development activities, documentation, testing, implementation, and stabilization. The Senior Interface Analyst is expected to work independently and collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders; therefore, exceptional communication, coordination, and documentation skills are essential for success in this role.
