Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and managing routine cleaning, maintenance & repair, including, power washing, slurring, striping, sweeping, commercial painting.
• Assist in the management of the day-to-day activities of assigned projects including supervising day / evening maintenance crew ensuring completion of all daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance and cleaning projects.
• Assist with management duties including : scheduling, monitoring and checking of timecards.
• Supervise the completion of all ongoing and future projects.
• Monitor and implement effective safety procedures.
• Report any known accidents, safety hazards or unusual occurrences observed or suspected violations of Company policy to the General Manager, Maintenance Services
• Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills and etc.
• Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections to ensure all are in good maintenance conditions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards and corporate governance.
• Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other necessary functions as assigned.

Physical Demands :

Pay Rate : $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
