Salary : $50,000-$77,000 / year
Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 6 : 30 AM - 4 : 15 PM | Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM
Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external product documentation including BOMs, Gerber files, assembly and test instructions, and work instructions.
- Use data integration software to create and maintain product-specific and revision-specific documentation.
- Assign internal component numbers and generate machine programming data from CAD files.
- Draft and update assembly drawings and ensure all documentation is accurate and aligned with manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Document Change processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure documentation complies with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Organize new product kickoff meetings and support production build schedules through prioritized documentation release.
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
- Provide training and support on document control processes and tool s.
Qualifications
Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field preferred (or equivalent work experience).5+ years of experience in documentation or product data management in a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of circuit board design and ability to interpret component values and polarity.Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IPC standards, RoHS, and other industry regulations.Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred).Proficient in CAD file management and tools such as AutoCAD and GC Prevue.Experience with data integration software (Aegis Factory Logix preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.What You Bring
