Duties include but are not limited to;
Knowledge of Catering Sales,
Good communication skills with clients and co workers
Good A/P and A/R skills and knowledge of Quicbooks, Google drive.
Create and Manage Email Marketing
Create and maintain all daily printed menus,
Knowledge Food cost
Assisting our finance department with all invoices payable-receivable and questions related to orders.
Creating P&L reports

Must have a valid driver's license
Office hours 8:30 am- 5:00 pm Monday-Friday
