Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Were seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join a busy outpatient retail pharmacy in Philadelphia, PA . This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity ideal for a technician who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent patient care.

Schedule :

1st shift : 7 : 00am 5 : 30pm

Must be flexible with start times between 7 : 30am9 : 00am and end times between 4 : 00pm5 : 30pm

Position Overview :

As a key member of the outpatient pharmacy team, youll assist with all aspects of prescription preparation, filling, and customer service. Youll work closely with pharmacists to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth workflow in a high-volume retail setting.

Responsibilities :

Accurately fill and label prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.

Maintain workflow efficiency while delivering outstanding service to patients.

Assist with inventory management, stocking, and ordering of medications.

Handle phone calls, insurance processing, and patient inquiries with professionalism.

Support pharmacists in daily operations and compliance with all pharmacy regulations.

Requirements :

Minimum 2+ years of recent pharmacy technician experience in a high-volume retail or outpatient setting.

CPhT or PTCB certification strongly preferred (must be willing to obtain within 6 months of hire).

Local candidates only no travel or housing provided.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
