As a Sales Leader I - Healthcare within PNC's Business Banking organization, you will be based in California, Arizona, or Colorado. Preference for candidates located near PNC facilities in the following cities as there will be some in-office expectations : Sacramento, CA; Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; San Diego, CA; Walnut Creek, CA; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA. Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Job Description

• Manages and directs a team to achieve business results and customer experience goals.
• Leads and coordinates the daily activities of team members engaged in customer and / or prospect management activities.
• Manages risk / return and drives quality for new and / or existing clients.
• Manages effective network of senior internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and / or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.
• Develops team members while monitoring progress against individual goals.
• Coaches team members on skills needed to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary : $80,000.00 $224,250.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business, and / or individual performance.
