Hospitalists are responsible for admissions Sanford one call for e-backup available, Amwell for Neuro consults, Peds provider and general surgeon on call 24 / 7 Radiology in house 7am - 11pm (on call with 20-minute response time from 11pm - 7am) Transfers : Sanford Fargo or Altru in Grand Forks, ND Life Certifications needed : ACLS, ATLS or CALS w / trauma module (waive for ABEM and can demonstrate having at one time) MN License COVID-19 vaccination required Stroke certifications required NPDB report required with presentation
