About The Position

Weekly Pay $51.67 / hour - OT at Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital Gilbert, AZ

• Assess patients functional abilities and create individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions targeting activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, cognitive function, and upper extremity strength.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and physicians.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and the use of assistive equipment.
• Accurately document patient progress and interventions in electronic health record systems.
• Participate in discharge planning and setting of patient-centered goals.
• Maintain required licensure, certifications, and adhere to professional and ethical standards.
• Preferred experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
