• Start : ASAP - Ongoing
• Shift : M-F 630A - 430P; at least 1 week per month.
• Volume : 10-15 cases per day
• Duties : Locum will cover main OR, no call. Onsite
• EMR : Epic
• Reqs : BC / BE, IL License or IMLC, DEA
• Credentialing : 90-120 days for full privileges
