$290 / HR

• Start Date : 3 / 6 / 2023
• Contract Length : 5 months, ongoing
• Shift Details : 7a-7p
• Schedule : message me for full schedule
• Support Staff : CRNAs
• Patients per day : 50-60
• Department Description : Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day this will not be a locum.
• EMR : Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Hospital Bed size : 11 OR s in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center
• Special Procedures : Locums do not medically direct CRNAs

Practice Setting :

Requirements :

Board Certification : BC or BE in Anesthesiology required

License Required : Active AZ license

Certifications Required : ACLS, PALS

Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days
