Job descriptionInterpret and work from manufacturing blueprints Apply machining principles to produce precision parts to spec Troubleshoot issues and contribute to process improvements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Proven CNC machining experience in milling and / or turning Strong setup and operation skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Solid blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills Commitment to continuous improvement and quality standards Competitive pay : $20 – $35 / hr, depending on experience Work with advanced multi-axis CNC equipment (2-axis to 5-axis) Be part of a woman-owned, AS9100 Certified, ITAR Registered manufacturer Contribute to projects in aerospace, medical, defense, and energy sectors Supportive, experienced team – many with 10+ years at the company Stable, growing business with over 35 years of precision machining expertise
