Lead a $200M+ federal MEP / HVAC retrofit project
Drive energy efficiency and carbon reduction at scale
This role will see you take the reins on a $200-300M federal project spanning 12-14 buildings and over 1 million square feet. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, with a heavy emphasis on MEP and HVAC systems, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and seamless coordination across engineering, construction, and client-facing teams.
- Lead the full project lifecycle of a large-scale federal retrofit with a focus on MEP and HVAC systems
- Oversee technical execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, including system integration and commissioning
- Manage subcontractors and internal teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
- Serve as the primary liaison with federal clients, representing the company with professionalism and technical authority
- Review and approve engineering submittals, shop drawings, and system specifications
- Ensure compliance with federal safety standards and energy efficiency regulations
- Collaborate closely with in-house engineers to troubleshoot complex system challenges
- Drive project reporting, budgeting, and forecasting with a focus on risk mitigation and delivery excellence

10+ years of project management experience in construction, with a strong focus on MEP and HVAC systemsProven track record managing large-scale federal or institutional retrofit projectsDeep technical knowledge of mechanical systems, controls, and energy efficiency strategiesStrong leadership, communication, and client management skillsFamiliarity with federal contracting requirements and safety protocolsProfessional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, LEED AP, OSHA 30) are highly desirableWhat's on offer
