Expectations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures while fostering a positive and professional workplace culture.
- Delivering exceptional hospitality to guests while maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor with all staff and departments.
- Maintain open communication with management, providing updates and addressing challenges both during service and at the end of their shift.
- Ensure service stations, shared kitchen and bar areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked, working alongside support staff to uphold efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain guest-facing areas, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep meet company standards.
- Stay current on Department of Health regulations, protocols, and requirements to consistently achieve and maintain an A letter grade upon inspection.
Responsibilities
Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and complete all opening sidework procedures.Attend pre-shift lineup in full uniform, take notes, and relay key information to team members arriving later.Guide guests through dish descriptions at both Sip & Guzzle ensuring exceptional hospitality and seamless service.Communicate effectively with the host and management team regarding guest experience, timing, and table flow.Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, and energetic service at all times.Maintain complete menu knowledge, including food, beverage, and allergen information.Stock and prepare service-related items, notifying management of low inventory as needed.Maintain a professional, warm, and engaging approach to guest interactions.Recognize and accommodate VIP guests and key industry figures, following company protocols for their visits.Escalate guest concerns or special requests to management when necessary.Follow cleaning and sanitation SOPs to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.Complete additional service and operational tasks as assigned by management.Adhere to company grooming and dress code standards.Support teammates by anticipating and addressing all front-of-house needs.Physical Demands
The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 6 to 10 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
