Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QAQC) Manager

📍 Location : Springfield, CO

💵 Salary : $85,000 - $93,000 per year (based on experience)

🕓 Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 4x10-hour shifts

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager to lead our Quality Department in ensuring all products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence. This role oversees daily QA / QC operations, manages the company's QMS (Qualio), audits quality systems (Odoo), and ensures full adherence to cGMP and FDA compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all QA / QC processes and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (Qualio) and inventory quality modules (Odoo).
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and equipment evaluations.
  • Supervise, train, and guide quality and production staff.
  • Prepare and analyze quality reports and documentation.
  • Lead FDA inspections and maintain cGMP compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a Quality-related field or 3-5 years of QA / QC experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Odoo and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
