Forklift Driver - Warehouse Operations

We are seeking an experienced and careful Forklift Driver to join our team. This is a key role critical to the success of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for safely moving materials, optimizing loads, and supporting daily workflows while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, ship, and receive warehouse items accurately and efficiently.
• Transport materials to designated locations within the facility.
• Optimize loads to ensure operational efficiency and minimize damage.
• Strictly follow all company safety policies, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Communicate clearly in English to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the supervisor.
• Work in non-climate-controlled areas, including hot and cold conditions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent forklift driving experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proven commitment to safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge and understanding of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work all scheduled shifts.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
