Billing and Invoicing Clerk

Clausen Miller P.C. is seeking a Reimbursement Clerk for an entry level role our accounting department. The Reimbursement clerk is responsible for the timely and accurate entry and / or audit of transactions (firm invoices, employee reimbursement submissions, expense reports, etc.) and adherence to firm policy regarding reimbursements.

Primary responsibilities include :

• Enter / audit employee expenses into firm accounting software to ensure timely and accurate
• payment and compliance with Firm policies and procedures.
• Enter / verify firm expenses into accounting software to ensure timely and accurate payment and compliance with Firm policies and procedures.
• Code transactions to general ledger and client / matter accounts.
• Request approvals for invoices / check requests / expense reports including follow up, as needed.
• Review payment batches prior to payment to ensure accuracy.
• Use Excel to manipulate and upload large, complex vendor invoice details into various accounting software programs.
