Requisition Supervisor, Sterile Processing

Overview

Job Summary: Supervises pm shift operation and activities specific to the technicians' training and performing sterilization and disinfection standards of practices according to the AAMMI, AORN JCAHO, and Tittle 22 requirements. Monitors and files required documents based of the standards and follows all hospital's policy and procedures. Covers day shift supervision during absence of the SPD supervisor. Summates and submits staff performance to the leadership.

Education, Experience, Training, Requirement:

• A Bachelor's degree, and/or three (3) years' experience in a hospital management position with a minimum of two years as a Central Service Manager.
• Must maintain CRCST registration and CCSM registration.
• Current BCLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
