Job Summary

Summary : As a Facilities Coordinator II, you will provide excellent customer service in the management of facilities for our clients. This position will allow you to utilize your experience in soft services and assist with overseeing cleaning, light maintenance, and other activities performed at the client site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assists with the oversight of subcontractor management of cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste management, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations.
• Manages all moves, additions, and changes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
